Jessie Chui is a floral and botanical artist, educator, and the founder of Crafted to Bloom. She started making floral paper art just before her son’s birth and continues to do so during her son’s nap time. She is known for her realistic and refined paper floral art, intricate floral paper sculptures, and unique colour compositions.
Jessie’s work has been featured in 100 Layer Cake, Lia Griffith, The Paper Place, WedLuxe, Holt Renfrew’s Holiday Magazine, and exhibited at a juried art competition in a Toronto art gallery where she placed 2nd out of 60 artists. She regularly teaches workshops at The Paper Place and has a series of online courses. She is also highly involved in the paper florist community as one of the directors of The Paper Florists Collective, an international organization of paper florists. Jessie is the author of a forthcoming book called Paper Flower Art, Create Beautifully Realistic Flower Arrangementsset to be published in November 2019 (UK) and January 2020 (USA/Canada).
