The release of the new 90 gram Italian crepe paper has been a great success. We’ve received wonderful feedback from the paper flower community. The 90 gram crepe paper addition compliments the 60, 140 and 180 gram lines perfectly as a much needed mid-weight alternative.

As a fun diversion from crepe paper flowers, take a look at this DIY project brought to us by Yang Liu from Shanghai 1984. Here she shows us how to create striking and realistic looking Sheng Jian Bao... the street food bun native to her home. Thank you, Yang Liu!

Amity Beane has generously provided this DIY tutorial for her whimsical paper flower crown. Natural materials like birch and fir stems are utilized as well as DIY created crepe paper flowers!

This tutorial concentrates on the creation of the crown itself. You may of course use whatever paper flowers that you choose. The actual crepe paper flowers shown can be created from Amitys "Winter Whites" online course which can be found here!
